Material Description

The PACKMAT material is designed to pack all sorts of garbage dumped inside open containers. The principle of operation uses a motorized heavy roller with adapted dimensions for containers mentioned above. The PK-608 machine has its own hydraulic system enabling it entire operation, taking its power from the chassis PTO.

Roller raising and displacement

The PACKMAT hydraulic system provides the necessary power to feed the cylinder that raises the arm roller support, along with the roller hydraulic motors.

Roller and other functions

A piston pump feeds the roller motors along with the cylinders used to deploy the arm and raise the roller.

Start-up

The chassis needs to have its engine running in order to get the hydraulic pump activated.
