Maintenance

Greasing the arm bolts

1. Lower the roller until it makes full contact with the ground. Make sure there is enough free space in front of or behind the unit before starting the maneuver.

2. Once the roller is on the ground start backing up the loader and rolling the roller forward simultaneously to extend both booms at the same time.

3. Stop when the junction of the first and second boom is at about 6 feet in the air or else it will fold on the other side and hit hard.

4. Take a small step ladder and grease the two bolts.

*Always proceed slowly and carefully. Do not force the arms, as excessive pressure may damage the equipment.
