Do I have to pay for my own transportation to the event?

Yes, participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Héricourt. Please refer to the participant guide for all practical information and suggested travel options.

No, accommodation is arranged by the Packmat Equipment team. Details about your hotel will be provided shortly.

Which airport should I choose to get to the event?

Several airports can be used to reach Héricourt, including:

- Zurich Airport (ZRH)

Is transportation between the airport, the hotel, and the event venue arranged?

Transportation between the airport and the hotel is not provided and remains the responsibility of the participants. However, transportation between the hotel and the event venues will be arranged by Packmat for the two-day period.

Participants will be staying at various hotels in Héricourt and the surrounding area. Details regarding your accommodations will be sent to you shortly.

What can we expect during the two-day event?

We’ve planned two days packed with activities and opportunities to connect. The program will include a tour of the Packmat factory, a visit to a waste management facility, the unveiling of the 2,000th Packmat machine, equipment demonstrations, and plenty of opportunities to network with partners and members of the Packmat network. We’ve also planned some fun evening events.

Yes, equipment demonstrations are scheduled so you can see Packmat machines in action and experience some of their capabilities in the field.

Will we have the opportunity to interact with other operators and members of the Packmat network?

Yes. There will be several opportunities for informal interaction among participants, particularly during the tours, activities, and meals organized over the two days.

What is included in my registration fee?

Your registration fee covers accommodation and meals for the duration of the event, on July 8 and 9. All other expenses (transportation, personal expenses, etc.) are the responsibility of the participants.

Do I need to provide any additional information after filling out the registration form?

No, no further information is required at this time. If we need clarification or additional information, our team will contact you directly.

Do I need to bring anything to the event?

We simply recommend that you bring comfortable clothing suitable for the planned activities, as well as anything else you might need for your personal stay.

What kind of clothes should I bring for the factory tour?

We recommend wearing clothing that covers your legs and closed-toe shoes for the factory tour.

Yes, all meals are included during the two-day event.
